By law all logs sold for fire wood in the UK must soon be seasoned
The law is changing (see link below)
However, burning 'seasoned dry' logs gives around twice the heat of burning 'wet' (unseasoned)
Hard wood logs burn far slower than soft wood logs; currently we only sell seasoned hard wood
Environmentlally, unseasoned logs are very harmful to the environment where as well seasoned (which is what we sell) has the least and most minimal impact on the environment
